Cancellation

We accept the cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Return (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Notes:

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day return refund.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The amount of the fee depends on the express company you choose.

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost.

  • No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for the return of a product.

Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be processed. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@bemkva.com.

Order Cancellation:
Consumers have 7 days from placing the order to cancel it. The order processing time by the merchant is 3 days. Therefore, if the consumer wants to cancel the order within 7 days after placing the order, they can do so before the merchant processes the order.

Cancellation Conditions:
Any order can be successfully cancelled if the consumer initiates the cancellation before the merchant ships the order, and if the request is made within the specified timeframe on the website within which cancellations can be made.

Return Instructions:
In the case of a return, the package should include the order number and the reason for the return, as well as other necessary information to ensure smooth processing of the return.

Return Packaging Requirements:
The packaging of returned goods must be intact and not affect the resale of the item to ensure the goods are in good condition.

Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the consumer.
